Shipping And Processing -- The majority of orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days. Items that are being shipped to us directly from the vendor or supplier may take 7 to 14 business days. Please Note: Saturday, Sunday and US holidays are non-business days! Does not apply to pre-order purchases.
Shipments are made through USPS, UPS and FedEx . We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive if carrier delays occur. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or third parties only an estimate as provided by the shipping carriers. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid any delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Multiple Product Orders-- For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given order, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Pre-Order-- Depending on product availability can take up to 30 business days plus additional shipping days.
Out Of Stock Items/Orders-- We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the 3rd business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. We will never hold your order longer than 7-14 business days under any circumstance and the refund process will take place immediately .
Delivery --- Luximit is not responsible for lost, broken or stolen items after packages have been intercepted by the postal carrier. Insurance claims must be made to the postal carrier and signature delivery is required on orders over $800 so make sure someone is available to sign for your package at the delivery address. Signature Delivery is required on all gift card purchases.
